Identifying diversity issues that may affect organizational productivity

One responsibility of leadership is to be vigilant in identifying diversity issues that may affect organizational productivity and effecting working relationships. In Week 6, we are looking at emerging trends in the leadership of diversity, including, but not limited to, neurodiversity and gender identity. Using course materials and/or your own professional and personal experiences, describe one such trend and why leaders of organizations and communities should be aware of it in organizational, community, or societal life.
