1.) Choose a significant memory from your early childhood. Describe the memory as clearly as you can. It is important to put this in writing before you proceed to the next steps. Take as much space as you need to write this, although 2-3 paragraphs will suffice.

2). Independently ask multiple family members or other people who were also present for the situation ( at least 2) to describe the event in as much detail as possible.
