etc.), regarding its fraudulent activities. Include a survey of the company and its internal controls based on research. Your newsletter needs to include 4-5
sections on how the company acted unethically and the steps needed to deter future unethical situations.
You must address the following key topics in the newsletter:
Survey the corporate culture. How does this company focus on ethics and corporate governance? What is its stance on ethical issues?
Provide 4-5 steps on the steps needed to deter future unethical events. What types of policies does the company have in place in terms of unethical behavior,
social media postings, and fraudulent activities? Does it have a Code of Ethics? If so, what does it contain? What sections of the Code seem to be amiss?
Has the company promoted a culture of ethics within its framework? If so, what examples can you provide to illustrate its adherence to values and morals?
What are the consequences of violating the company’s policies? For instance, what happens when there is a violation of social media policies? How involved
is HR and the leadership of the firm in terms of managing such occurrences?
Your newsletter should be at least 1-2 pages and include a professional format in which your newsletter addresses each of the topics mentioned. Include a
summary/conclusion of your findings, as well as any references you used.
