My Leadership Goal and Mentoring Network

• Identify a current leadership challenge you are facing OR a current leadership goal that will serve as the focus of your development over the next 3-6 months.
• You want something “meaty” enough that it will take some work to overcome or reach.
• You want it challenging enough that seeking the advice of others will help you find your way.
• You want it valuable enough to you that you will be motivated to work on meeting this challenge or reaching this goal.
• Remember the power of using WHAT rather than WHY in framing the challenge/goal.
What is your leadership goal? Give enough background so a person reading this planning document (me) understands the full context of the goal.
Watch the posted TedTalk about mentoring. It really does a good job talking about mentoring broadly. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hh46lVSKWHc
