Can we rule out AMI in this patient?

A 51-yar-old overweight white man visits his family physician complaining of indigestion that has lasted for 5 days. He has also had bouts of sweating, malaise, and headache. His blood pressure is 140/105 mmHg. His family history includes a father with diabetes who died at age 62 of AMI secondary to diabetes mellitus. An electrocardiogram performed on the patient revealed changes from on performed 6 months earlier. Chemistry results are listed below:
