Complete both a set of business management plans and a Microsoft Project for a project
Scenario:
Base the assignment on a fictional business that has its own in-house development staff
The project should be sufficiently large/complex so that it will take between 9-12 months to complete
Your choice on the numbers/types of employees… but I’m expecting around a dozen or so
Use the traditional SDLC model for development… so most likely 6 top-level summary tasks
The vast majority of the costs should be labor, but should contain some non-labor costs
