Physical Therapy rehab program

Design a post Physical Therapy rehab program for someone who is recovering from ACL surgery. Consult local resources and therapy textbooks for the most updated information.
You will be designing a POST-rehabilitation program for your client, which means that the program begins after your client has completed rehabilitation work with their physical therapist. Please provide a minimum of 4 weeks of programming, beginning when the client arrives to you after rehabilitation with their physical therapist. Search around physical therapy clinics, personal training gyms, or reliable online sources for some ideas in regards to your program. Please include necessary details in your program recommendations (i.e. specific exercises/movements, sets, repetitions, etc.). Really think through what your client would need in order to be successful in completing the program, and what the goals of the program should be.
