Draw the resting potential and the polarization of a neuron at the membrane level (two drawings). Show the change in the action potential process involving force diffusion and or electrostatic pressure. Include: Show the sodium and potassium Ions at the resting state (1st image) and during the depolarization of an action potential (2nd image) at the membrane level (label each image). label all ions, protein channels, and lipid membranes. Label all closed and or open sodium or potassium protein channels. * State if your drawing involves forced diffusion and or electrostatic pressure. Optional- include a brief description of the changes in sodium and potassium during an action potential. The changes during depolarization at the membrane level, in your image, must be accurate.
